Online Booking Platform
All reservations are processed through our authorized booking partner www.staah.com. Guests will be redirected to this platform to complete their bookings.
Room Rates
All room tariffs are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable government taxes and levies. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Visitor Policy
For the safety, comfort, and privacy of our in-house guests, visitors are strictly not permitted inside guest rooms. Any meetings with visitors may be held in designated public areas of the resort.
Payment Options
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards issued by recognized banks in India and abroad. Cash payments in Indian currency are also accepted at the front desk.
Extension of Stay
Guests wishing to extend their stay may do so on a pro-rata basis, subject to room availability. Please contact the front desk in advance to confirm an extension.
Check-in & Check-out Timings
Standard Check-in Time: 14:00 hrs
Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 hrs
Guests are requested to adhere to these timings to ensure smooth operations and availability for incoming guests.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability and will attract additional charges as per applicable tariffs. Kindly confirm with the front desk in advance.
Special Requests
Any special room requirements (e.g., bedding preferences, adjoining rooms, or specific amenities) will be accommodated subject to availability at the time of check-in.
Mandatory Photo Identification
In compliance with Indian Government regulations, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in. For international guests, a valid passport and visa are mandatory.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to provide a transparent and fair cancellation policy for our guests.
Cancellation Procedure
Guests wishing to cancel their booking must do so by sending an email through our Contact Page, clearly quoting the online booking confirmation number in the email.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
For credit card payments, the refund will be processed as a reversal of charges.
For debit card payments, the refund will be credited to the same account linked to the card.
Processing Time
Refunds will be initiated within 7–15 working days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank’s internal processes.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be categorized as non-refundable. The terms for such bookings will be clearly communicated at the time of reservation.
No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to check-in on the scheduled date without prior intimation will be treated as no-shows, and the booking amount will be forfeited.
